AV Relocations India Pvt Ltd – Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Confirmation: Customers must book services at least 48 hours in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the move.

  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is permitted, subject to availability.

  3. Liability and Insurance: AV Relocations is not liable for damages to items not packed by our team. Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for high-value items. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours post-move.

  4. Prohibited Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, perishables, or illegal items. Clients must inform us of any fragile or valuable items requiring special care.

  5. Payment Terms: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges.

  6. Delays: AV Relocations is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
